Summer fun

Safety first people! Safety First!! If they made a floatie device for your head I'm sure she would have worn that too. (yes there is a floatation device built into her swimsuit why do you ask?)

Annnnd a nakey shot because I just can't help myself. I have hundreds more (you're welcome baby)but feel a bit nervous posting them on the internet. Email me and I'll send you some good ones!

You asked for it.

I can't help it if I have the cutest kids on the planet. Please don't feel bad. I'm sure your kids are cute too.

And yes, some of these are out of order, but I'm too lazy to go back and fix them.

Besides swimming, sweeping is one of her favorite things. She loves to "keen." And a "mess" freaks her right the flip out. True story.

No landlord. We are not coloring on the floor.

Maestro!

Where's she go?!

Doin a little, dance. dance.

The natural progression of things

I was fillin her up and turned around for two seconds. When I turned back, Claire had taken matters into her own hands.

Claire. Loves. The. Pool. The end.

Hmmm.. this looks familiar.

Where have I seen this before?...

Fun with family

I think that I can say without hesitation even, that Claire is not going to the astronaut in the family. We went to the air and space museum with Gabey and Josephine (hang there Jo! you're almost there!! 9 months pregnant in July. Ugh.) and babies and the whole time Claire clung to me while repeating, "i scart. caire scart." (I'm scared. Claire's scared)

Joe and Gabe have six brothers (eight in all folks. that's right. insane.) and I love this shot of them looking at their girls. Kind of like, "huh. how'd this happen?"
I have so many cute shots of these three in the pool, but this was the only one where Claire wasn't showing her hoohoo to the world. Ahhh, our little exhibitionist.

And I LOVE this shot of Avery. She's so so beautiful.

I shall title this post "lookie! we left the house!"

Bachelorette party for Jane Price now Jane Johnson up in Annapolis. Ahhh... I love that place! And our dinner was free. Who rocks the cazbaa you ask? I rock the cazbaa.

Below: Melanie, Heidi, Jane, Me, Lauren (Also: shadow of man taking picture)
Joseph, Claudia, and I celebrated the 4th in DC on top of his work building, which is right across the street from the capital. Ahhh... For those of you who waited in the rain all day to get good seats I won't tell you that we drove up at 7pm, parked underground for free, and then rode the elevator to the roof where we had a bird's eye view of the festivities. Nope. I won't tell you that.
